Every child deserves a safe place to be heard, understood, and seen. If your child is navigating anxiety, big emotions, school challenges, friendships, life changes, or simply needs someone to talk to, I'm here to help.

I provide a welcoming and compassionate space where children, teens, and families can build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and thrive.

I bring over 8 years of extensive experience working in both clinical and school settings, supporting children, adolescents, and their families through collaborative discussions to better understand the unique developmental challenges they face each day.

At the core of my therapeutic approach is person-centered therapy, in plain language, this means you! I create a safe and non-judgmental space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in your own time.

My role is to create a supportive, trusting, and accepting environment where children feel encouraged rather than judged. Through trained observation and therapeutic guidance, I help children strengthen healthy coping skills, increase emotional awareness, and develop greater confidence in navigating everyday challenges. I also work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and educators to better understand the messages and themes communicated through a child's play, providing insight that can help the adults in their lives respond with greater understanding, connection, and support.

With patience, encouragement, and genuine understanding, children and adolescents are given the space and time they need to explore, grow, and heal at a pace that feels comfortable and right for them.
